For entry to Nursery (3 - 5 years)

To apply for a place at St George's, select the Add New Applicant button below to complete the online registration form. A non-refundable registration fee of £40 must be paid when submitting this form.

Before you complete the registration form, please read through our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page and ensure you have scanned copies of your child’s passport photo page, birth certificate, as these should be uploaded.

Where possible, please include the details of both parents when completing the personal details for parents/guardians. We will send communications to both parents/guardians unless you request otherwise.

The form will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and needs to be completed in one sitting.

Application Form - Declaration

I/We, being the parent/parents of or being the person/persons having parental rights in respect of the aforementioned applicant (who is hereinafter referred to as “the applicant”)

Hereby apply for a place at St George’s for the applicant, with effect from the admission date specified;

  1. Have paid a non-refundable application fee of £40;
  2. Recognise that there is no obligation on the school to offer a place at the school for the applicant and that this application is subject to St George’s admissions policy;
  3. Authorise the applicant’s current school to (a) confirm to the school whether all fees in respect of the applicant have been paid to that current school and (b) disclose to St George’s information on the applicant (e.g. academic report and pupil profile) and authorise St George’s to disclose this application and authorisation to the current school;
  4. Accept this application is subject to the school’s admissions procedures current as at the date of the receipt of this application by the school as they are revised or amended from time to time;
  5. Confirm that we have enclosed information regarding any disability, additional support need, medical condition, or other circumstances which might require adjustments to be made for the applicant(s) during the admissions process;
  6. Accept that St George’s must be given copies of any court orders that relate to the applicant and that submitting this application does not contravene any current court orders. Paper copies or scanned and emailed copies must be sent to the Admissions Registrar: admissions@stge.org.uk

Agree to St George’s processing personal data for the purpose of our admissions processes, including the purposes of assessment and seeking references from the current school.

A refundable deposit of £300 should be paid as a final entry fee when the offer of a place is confirmed. Deposits will be offset against the applicant’s final leaving account after completion of their final term.

The placement of applicants is at the discretion of the Head.

A minimum of one term’s notice of withdrawal from the school is required in writing to the Head. When one term’s notice of withdrawal from the school is not given, payment for the next term will be required in lieu of notice. No return of fees is made in case of absence during part of a term.
