• Executing a ten-year Estates Development Strategy for campus upgrades, refurbishment, and development aligned with future curriculum plans.

• Launching a Development and Fundraising strategy to support bursaries and Estates development.
• Incorporating a project in the Estates Strategy as a sector-leading example to integrate technology, design, and digital skills, empowering local girls in underrepresented industries.
• Allocating at least 5% of fee income to bursaries and creating an inclusion programme for recipients.
• Expanding partnerships to support girls and young women locally, nationally, and globally.
• Enhancing facilities for lettings while being a good neighbour.
