Strategic Pillar 4: St George's School
A school connected with its past and future
What will success look like?
A thriving Foundation office that connects alumnae and supports networking, with a future-focused approach reflecting our pioneering history in girls’ education.
How will we get there?
- Creating a strategy for the ‘Old Girls Association’ with alumnae, offering tangible benefits for St George’s graduates.
- Establishing a thriving Friends of St George’s group to lead social events and philanthropy.
- Establishing a legacies society to foster a sense of belonging for those leaving gifts in their wills.
- Supporting the organisation and digitisation of the school archive to bring its history to life.
- Collaborating with local history groups to raise awareness and strengthen community ties.
- Building partnerships with businesses, industries and universities to ensure we fully understand the skills our pupils need.
- Leveraging these partnerships to create unique educational and co-curricular opportunities for our community and local girls in sports, arts, technology, and more.
- Enhancing our communications and marketing to showcase the benefits of a St George’s education and our community role.
