Author Margaret Lillie's Visit Inspires Primary 1-3

Our P1-P3 students were delighted to welcome acclaimed author Margaret Lillie to our school  on the 16th May. Margaret, the writer behind The Adventures of Millie and Me, kicked off the visit by reading the first three captivating chapters of her book.

During the Q&A session, Margaret revealed she has her own real-life Schnauzer, just like the lovable Millie in her story. She shared insights into the joys and challenges of being an author, encouraging our students to practise their writing diligently.

The highlight was when one of our aspiring young writers had the incredible opportunity to receive feedback from Margaret on their own book. Her words of encouragement left the student excited about writing.
