Higher Design Class Explores Street Food at St James Centre

On Friday, the Higher Design and Manufacture students were on a research trip to the St James Centre. They were gathering research for their Higher assignment, which has the theme of an American street food company. As well as interviewing stallholders and measuring counters, we were given some free doughnuts from Krispy Kreme!
