Lunar New Year Celebrations: Embracing the Year of the Snake

Upper school is enjoying Lunar New Year festivities this week! Pupils have been immersed in cultural activities celebrating the Year of the Snake, including traditional tea ceremonies and engaging workshops.

Upcoming highlights include lunch-time workshops from 3-6 February, where students can explore:

• Lantern making
• Chinese knot tying
• Chinese character writing
• Chinese dance

The celebrations will culminate in a special assembly this Wednesday, featuring a performance by the string orchestra showcasing Chinese music.
