Mr Roderick Wylie, ACIS, Chair of Council, St George's School, Edinburgh

Roderick has had a career in the public, private and voluntary sectors including as Head of general services at Fife Council and Chief Executive of Murray Beith Murray.

In the voluntary sector he has much Board experience, having chaired the National Federation of Music Societies, Scottish Music Information Centre and the Queens Hall. His main interests are in music and is a keen singer, being a member of two choirs including the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus.

Roderick joined the Council of St George’s in 2013, bringing a range of management skills and expertise including HR, Finance, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Marketing and Property Management. He was elected Chair of Council in 2021.
