Sessions and Times at St George’s Nursery

From August 2024

Morning nursery half-day session - from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon (arrival from 8.30 am).

Full nursery day session - from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm (arrival from 8.30 am)

Minimum Sessions

2 years – 4 sessions, a combination of full days and/or mornings
3-4 years – 5 sessions, a combination of full days and/or mornings
4-5 years – 5 sessions, a combination of full days and/or mornings building up to 8 sessions in the pre-school summer term

There are two main entry points: August and January. In addition, children can join during the term if places are available. Children aged 2 may join throughout the year from the start of the term of their third birthday, depending on the availability of places. Additional hours can be arranged subject to available space.

Extra nursery sessions

Extra 3-hour sessions are available daily to provide more daycare.

Wrap-around care

Wraparound care during term time is available from 7.45 am to 6.00 pm.

Holiday Club

Holiday Club is available out with term-time, to provide for 50 weeks of the year (8.00 am – 5.00 pm).

Join us at our free Friday Morning Come and Play sessions

'Bounce and Rhyme Time', 'Musical Sounds', 'Messy Play' and 'Little Lingo' sessions for you and your babies 1-3 years old, held most weeks at our Nursery during term time. These sessions are run by Bookbug certified Session Leaders. These are free sessions every Friday morning at 10.30 am and booked via Eventbrite for pre-school children.
