Georgia Stewart, CEO Tumelo, Alumnae St George's School, Edinburgh

During her time at St George's from 2002 to 2013, Georgia Stewart immersed herself in a diverse array of activities, including exchanges, Duke of Edinburgh, sports, chess, and highland dancing. Despite initially studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge with aspirations in conservation, her entrepreneurial spirit took over, inspired by her father.

At just 24 years old, Georgia co-founded Tumelo, an innovative fintech app that promotes ethical investing and social good. Her remarkable achievements were recognized with the Future Sparks award in 2018. Reflecting on her formative years, Georgia credits St George's for fostering the confidence and readiness that enabled her to start her own business.
