Jane Turton, CEO All3Media, Alumnae St George's School, Edinburgh

Jane Turton's well-rounded foundation at St George's from 1967 to 1980 saw her excel in sports like hockey and lacrosse while serving as Head Girl. After obtaining a French degree from the University of St Andrews and an early career in paper, an MBA marked a pivotal transition into the television industry.

Jane rapidly climbed the ranks at ITV, becoming the Director of Commercial and Business Affairs for the entire network. In 2008, she joined All3Media, and by 2015, her strategic vision and creative insight propelled her to the role of CEO, where she now leads 29 award-winning production companies.

Her trailblazing achievements in the media landscape have earned Jane an OBE. She serves on influential boards, including The Royal Television Society and Edinburgh TV Festival, shaping the industry's future.
