Marliese Perks, Lawyer, Alumnae St George's School, Edinburgh

As a student of economics, chemistry, and languages at St George's, class of 2011, Marliese Perks was inspired by lessons that celebrated each student's unique qualities. This ethos aligned with the school's culture of encouraging students to embrace challenges head-on.

After studying law at the University of Edinburgh, Marliese now works as a Technology Lawyer at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Her exceptional talent was recognized early on during her training at Dickson Minto, where she earned the prestigious 2020 Law Society of Scotland In-house Rising Star Award.
