Rosie Hazell, PE Teacher, St George's School

Growing up in both the USA and Belgium, I gained a rich cultural perspective before settling in Scotland, where I pursued my passion for sports and physical education. At the University of Stirling, I studied Physical Education while simultaneously developing my international lacrosse career.

The University of Stirling allowed me to balance my studies and develop as an athlete. Alongside teaching, I have had the privilege of coaching Scotland's U20 lacrosse team through both the European and World Championships, working closely with elite performers to achieve their potential. Beyond the competitive, my true passion lies in fostering a love for physical activity at all ages and skill levels. I believe in creating opportunities for everyone to discover the joy of sports and develop a commitment to lifelong participation.
